The Ukrainian publication “Ukrainian News” did not find the name of Oleksiy Arestovich in the lists of advisers to the office of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, both full-time and freelance.
The report notes that the publication requested an official list from the Office of the President of Ukraine advisors that was provided. In total, it lists 46 names of full-time and non-staff advisers as of August 18. Arestovich's name is not in it, although other well-known advisers to the head of the Office are listed, such as Mikhail Podolyak and Serhiy Leshchenko.
At the same time, the Ukrainian media, publishing materials related to Arestovich, continue to call him a freelance adviser to the head of the President's Office Ukraine.
In late July, Arestovich, in an interview on the Youtube channel of former lawyer Mark Feygin (recognized as a foreign agent in Russia), when asked if he resigned from the President's Office, answered that he had not resigned. At the same time, he stressed that if he resigns, then he will be able to speak without self-censorship, since he will not be a representative of the President's Office.
